We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Heidywaldo, were friendly and helpful. They even provided us with free metro passes when we needed them on New Year's Eve. The location was great, very close to the subway station, making it easy to get around the city. The hotel was clean and had good facilities. The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options. We felt safe in this neighborhood and it was convenient to reach the sights of this city.

The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and good wifi signal. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The hotel also stored our luggage for free while we explored another city. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenience and cute atmosphere.

Great location! Close to Sugarloaf Mountain and Christ the Redeemer. Metro station across the street for easy access to other areas. Delicious breakfast with a variety of options. Friendly and helpful staff. Safe area.

The hotel's location was superb, right next to Botafogo metro station and within walking distance to bars, restaurants, and Botafogo beach. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay more comfortable.
The staff's attitude towards complaints about the food was rude and unhelpful.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the location was fantastic - just across the street from the Metro station and close to Botafogo train station. This made it really easy to get around and explore the city. Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, especially in the restaurant where they provided excellent service. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with basic amenities provided. I also appreciated having breakfast included in the rate, it was a nice added bonus.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.
